PSS 8.2 includes a new WebQD interface, content encryption for CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray discs, Windows WatchFolders and a direct link to Rimage's KnowledgeBase. The product is also now compatible with Windows Vista end users. The WebQD application allows users to create disc publishing jobs from anywhere on the network without having to install a client application. WatchFolders, available for both Macintosh and Windows platforms, enable users to seamlessly burn and print jobs without the need for any programming, Rimage said. No pricing details were announced.
