So here in this post I am describing my experience of installation of Catia V6R2009 x64 bit on my desktop computer in Windows XP Professional x64 Edition Service Pack 2. The same can be checked in the below picture. As mentioned above this is a x64 bit version of Catia V6R2009 and it can be only installed on x64 bit operating systems means Windows XP x64, Windows Vista x64 and Windows 7 x64.

Here I have installed in only Windows XP professional x64 bit and hope that it will also work in other x64 bit Windows. After complete installation of Catia V6R2009 x64 bit on my computer I realize that the overall process of installation is easy but some of the third party applications required before starting installation. These third party software's are needed to be preinstalled on your machine or computer.
